Refund policy
Returns or exchanges are only possible in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product delivered
The customer is required to report a complaint within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.
To submit a claim, the following must be provided:
- Order number
- Photo or video of the damage
- Description of the issue
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes and cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted due to personal fragrance preference.
After the claim is approved, SARAH PARFIMERIJA d.o.o. may offer:
- Product replacement
- Refund
- Store credit for a future purchase
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
